Here at Deck Masters we do more than just decks and fences, we do just about everything. This customer had recently bought a fourplex rental unit. After he bought it he discovered some serious rot in two of the bathrooms. A combination of years of water spilling over the tub and caulk not being reapplied where the tub meets the floor caused the floor and beams to rot out. What you see in these photos is the before and after of the repair work we did.
