This project was part 2 of a two story deck we did in NE Portland. The first part was a water proof deck on the second story that keeps this lower level dry. This lower level uses Timbertech Earthwood Evolutions walnut composite decking installed with Concealock hidden fasteners and a black aluminum Trex railing. We also wrapped the skirt of the lower deck in board and batten primed siding to match the upper part of the siding on the house. It has an access door as well so thy can store and lock yard tools underneath. Altogether these decks added about 390 square feet of outdoor living space and increased the property value quite a bit too!
