This home was in the process of being sold but some rot was discovered in two beams,a post, and a stair stringer. As a result, a deal was made between the Realtor and future homeowner to split the cost of getting the repairs done. We were hired to come in and make the repairs on short notice so the sale could go through. We managed to get in there and get the work done in half a day to keep the sale from falling through.
