To ensure the space remains functional through every Oregon season, we installed an aluminum framed Acrylite cover featuring Cool Blue Heatstop panels, allowing natural light to filter through while blocking significant heat and harmful UV rays. The details define this retreat: sleek and sturdy Trex Select aluminum picket railing provides safety without compromising the view, while an integrated Trex lighting package—including riser and post down lights—sets the perfect evening ambiance. For true outdoor living, we crafted a pre-stained tight-knot cedar privacy screen to house an outdoor entertainment center, complemented by matching cedar under-deck skirting that doubles as secure storage.  To cap things off and make this a truly comfortable retreat, we brough in an electrician we work with to install a ceiling fan, power outlets for outdoor kitchen and charging, and heaters.  From summer afternoon gatherings to cozy winter movie nights, this full-service build represents the pinnacle of year-round Pacific Northwest outdoor living.
