Gabled Acrylite Cover and AZEK English Walnut Deck

Portland – This project showcases a gabled acrylite cover featuring durable black aluminum posts and beams, Cool Blue Heat Stop panels to create a bright, airy atmosphere that remains cool even under the peak summer sun. The expansive floor plan is finished in premium AZEK Vintage “English Walnut” pvc decking, with matching fascia and a sleek horizontal deck skirt that provides a polished, high-end architectural finish from the ground up.  Defined by clean lines and modern materials, the space is enclosed with durable black aluminum picket railings, offering a secure perimeter that complements the rich wood tones of the decking. This build perfectly balances aesthetic appeal with year-round enjoyment and the structural longevity required for the Pacific Northwest.  To ensure total accessibility, we integrated heavy-duty aluminum handrails along the existing concrete steps for a secure and stylish safety upgrade.
