Rosewood deck with Builder rail

This is a re-deck that we did over an existing frame. The frame wasn’t pressure treated but it was in great shape so we covered the tops of the joists in membrane flashing to protect them from rot and changed the decking and railing out. It was a small set of decks and was hard to get a good picture of, but you can see how nice they look. The old decking was cedar and was in pretty bad shape so we removed all of it and went with the Timbertech Pacific Rosewood decking and brick color Builder rail with metal balusters. This is a deck that will last a lifetime!
