This customer wanted a deck frame that would last even longer than a standard pressure treated deck frame. So he opted to go with Fortress Iron Evolutions steel framing. You can see the black steel posts and beam in the photo. It has a cool modern look, is painted black, and has a 25 year warranty. The decking is Trex Tiki torch color. The railing is Trex aluminum Signature railing, our most popular offering. The customer wanted to install his own pergola so we just installed two 6×6 cedar posts for him and secured them to the house until he was ready to build on them. These are great choices for a long lasting deck.
