Timbertech Dryspace with Trex Biscayne decking

This house was designed by an architect. It had a lot of interesting features that the customer wanted to keep, like the railing. But the decking was old and starting to rot plus the bottom of the upper deck let rain in and didn’t look good. So we upgraded the decking to Trex Lineage decking in the Biscayne color. We also added Timbertech Dryspace to the ceiling to make it look nicer and keep the rain out. The customer was very happy with the end result!
