Trex Lineage Hatteras Wrap-Around Deck with Cable Rails

SW Portland – This customer is one of the first in our region to select the newest color in Trex’s Transcend Lineage line, “Hatteras.”  This color embodies the grain and color appearance of hardwood Ipe. It’s also one of the coolest brown colors available. Transcend Lineage features heat mitigating colors that provides a surface that is 30-40% cooler than other composites and as always it provides that durable scratch resistance surface Trex is best known for.  The texture on this surface is also more slip resistant and easier to clean and maintain than many other composites and wood decking.  The railing is black aluminum framed American Structures and Design stainless steel cable.  We also installed a TimberTech DrySpace system to keep a portion of the area underneath the deck dry. This is a high-end maintenance free wrap-around deck that will add significant value and enjoyment to this customer’s home and outdoor living space for decades.
